Dan Daum is Founder and President of WealthStream. He is a fintech go-to-market leader with deep experience selling and scaling enterprise platforms in investment and wealth management. Previously, Dan spent 10 years at Charles River Development, rising to SVP and Global Head of Sales, where he led the global sales organization, managed strategic partnerships, and drove commercialization initiatives. He began his career at Bloomberg LP on the portfolio analytics and risk sales team.

Jeff Shortis is a product and data leader who has spent his career at the intersection of data, analytics, and financial services. He has served as Chief Data Officer at Pioneer Investments, was an early product lead at BNY Eagle, and later founded and led Data360, a data intelligence platform he built and sold. Most recently, Jeff led AI and data initiatives at Charles River and helped build the Alpha Data Platform from concept to $50M in revenue. His strengths in data architecture and governance are foundational to WealthStream’s intelligence layer and to turning complex client context into clear, actionable planning decisions.

Abe Elias is WealthStream’s Chief Technology Officer and a multi-time technical founder with deep experience building scalable platforms at the intersection of software, data, and AI. He brings a rare combination of startup speed and enterprise-grade engineering discipline. Previously, Abe founded and served as CTO of Sencha, a Sequoia-backed developer platform that was acquired. He later served as Chief Innovation Officer at C3.ai, helping shape product strategy and applied AI capabilities at scale. At WealthStream, Abe leads architecture and product engineering with a focus on reliability, extensibility, and AI-native workflows.
