Susan Madigan, CFA, is Chief Customer Officer of WealthStream. She is a customer and go-to-market leader who pairs deep client relationships with strong technical and analytical depth across investment and wealth management platforms. Previously, Susan was Global Head of Solutions Engineering at Charles River Development, where she led the global solutions engineering organization and owned technical pre-sales and solution architecture for the firm’s most demanding enterprise deals. Prior to Charles River, she was a Portfolio and Risk Specialist at Bloomberg LP, an analyst in Standard & Poor’s Investment Advisory Services Group, and a Registered Financial Associate at A.G. Edwards, where she began her career in the financial advisor space.
